It sounds like the sailing and weather was great up at the lake this past weekend. Our first club event of the new year is the 3rd Annual Chili Cook-off on Saturday January 14th. The weather is supposed to be sunny but cooler (great to warm up to some hot chili). There will be a captain’s meeting on C-dock at 11 AM then out for a sail. Returning to the dock by 4 PM so that the Chili ‘s can be heated and warm for tasting at 5 PM. Please let Helen Rock know if you are bringing a Chili dish (email@example.com). If you are not entering a dish, please bring other things to fill in (chips & dip, dessert, veggies & Dip, cheese and crackers, etc.).
- If you ordered T-shirts, Doug Miller has the T-shirts on his boat (Brenda Gail C-37). Be prepared to pay and receive your order. Doug also has extra T-shirts on hand if you would like to buy some. We also have SCYC burgees (pennant flags) for sale too.
