The weather seems to be a bit iffy. Most reports show the rain coming in late afternoon. This time of year it is always iffy with the weather and we may be chasing a nice day.

I thought that we would go ahead with our Shake Down Cruise (captain’s meeting at 10:30 at top of C-dock) and maybe come back a little earlier like 3 PM to have the flea market. We can then see if we can make it to the hamburger cook-off. If we have to cancel the hamburger cook-off and just make it a little more cozy as maybe a few boat grills, we can.
I heard that Pegram’s is open this weekend so those that brave the overnight can go to Pegram’s Sunday morning. So in the Spirit of Positive thinking, dress warmly, have some rain gear, and let’s go sailing. Don’t forget to bring your sailboat treasures for the flea market, and if you have not sent in your due, please keep getting those in. Which boat is showing the UNC game tonight?
